Sailboat tied up nice and snug to the dock, made for an excellent night of sleep. We were unable to go through customs yesterday. So we are still on quarantine, yellow flag is still up. I cant leave the boat, or shouldn’t. Captain is the only one that can leave the boat. We do some work on the boat some things that need repairing. Dinghy patch, Head pump, and major cleaning. We clear customs late in the day. Ryan comes back with a surprise for me. He opens up his hand, and its a beautiful pink pearl! Its a conch pearl~ He bought it off one of the fishermen. That tells him they are very rare. I love it! Some sailors we met ( “Sea Salt” ) invited us to dinner at restaurant, they are meeting up with others there also(“Adrenaline”) and they are towards Chub Cay also, but leaving when the sun is upon them. We head to the beach to catch the sunset. And collect a few shells. Beau and I do our crazy run on the beach. Its dreamy. The water is warm on the feet, the sun is gentle, its Beautiful! We head to the restaurant, and we get stopped before we get there. The marina security says Beau is too big So we head back to the boat and research weather, and I cook dinner. No biggie. We have an early morning tomorrow if we want to make it to Chub Cay its another early am shift. And its our longest sail yet! Another star lit sail, love it!
